SILBERKNIE Cafe sits quietly on Moserstraße, a short stroll from Stuttgart’s city center, offering a calm retreat amid the urban buzz. This café attracts a mix of locals looking for a relaxed spot to work, study, or simply take a break with a well-crafted coffee. Its modest size adds to a sense of intimacy, making it easy to settle in without the distractions typical of larger chains.

The coffee here tends to be the main draw. Regulars appreciate the quality of their cappuccinos, especially an oat-based option that has become something of a specialty. Beyond coffee, SILBERKNIE offers a thoughtful selection of vegan croissants and cakes, embracing a variety of dietary choices while keeping things fresh and seasonal. For a light bite, their sandwich with cheese gets nods from those wanting something simple but satisfying.

The atmosphere reflects a neighborhood vibe more than a tourist hotspot. It’s a spot where you’ll often find students with laptops or people catching up quietly over drinks. While portions are on the smaller side compared to larger franchises, the quality and attention to detail in preparation stand out. The presence of African dishes for lunch hints at a subtle diversity in the menu, a welcome change for those seeking something less conventional in their midday meal, with always a vegetarian option in the mix.

Days when the cafe is less crowded, especially weekday afternoons or Sunday openings, seem ideal for settling in with some focused work or a leisurely read. The staff here are described as friendly and accommodating, which complements the relaxed, cozy atmosphere well. If you’re hoping to find house-made lemonades or other homemade drinks, the café is still evolving, experimenting with their offerings while striving to improve service quality.

Overall, SILBERKNIE feels like a thoughtful neighborhood cafe that balances city-center convenience with a quiet corner vibe. It suits anyone who values good coffee quality paired with a calm setting, whether for work, casual meetings, or a modest yet flavorful lunch.

My favorite coffee spot in town !! Nice staff and best oat cappuccino!!! Since the new owner took over there is super nice and delicious food for lunch (African dishes , always a vegetarian option available, too) Nice Sortiment of vegan croissants and cakes , and of course good coffee variations, matcha latte etc.

Really unique cafe in Stuttgart! It is near to the city center yet the atmosphere is very calm so it's just the perfect place for work or studying. The owner of the cafe is really friendly the service is great too. They try to improve on their service day by day and try new things. I asked them whether they have limonades but they did not have any which they d make on their own. So the barista told me they would probably invent one soon and hopefully put it on the menu ! Really looking forward to it Overally it is a chilly place where you can enjoy your time alone or with friends without any pressure.

Small cozy place on the corner of a quiet neighborhood. Nice place for working. Portions and serving sizes are smaller than what you get from big brand, but quality is much better. I tried their cappuccino and banana bread and can recommend both.

The cafe is really cozy and quiet inspite of being centrally located. The best part - it's open on Sundays for a few hours. I have had one of the best cappuccinos here. The owner and the staff were really friendly. :)

Great spot for coffee and they have ice coffee! It’s very light and the have the option to sit outside but on the window sill. They also have regular sized tables inside. The only thing is computers are not allowed. I had been hoping to do some very light working and wasn’t able to.
